She has completed her Bachelor of Dental Science at the University of Queensland. She is happy helping anxious patients overcome their fear by having conversation with caring. Dr Sandra Chou completed a Psychology degree before graduating with honours from The University of Queensland Dental Science. She focuses on conservative and preventative dental care, and tailors plan to meet each person’s needs and expectations. Her caring manner and gentle approach has been confirmed by excellent patient feedback. Sandra is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese Hokkien. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries.
